This workshop, organized by BR-CHI (ACM SIGCHI Brazil Chapter) at INTERACT 2025, aims to strengthen methodological knowledge in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) research.
We welcome workshop participants from academia, early-career researchers, PhD students, and young professionals. The workshop will provide experience and critical perspectives from HCI methods and artifacts, fostering the development of rigorous and impactful research.
Participation in the workshop
Through a combination of national and international invited talks, hands-on activities, and mentorship sessions, participants will explore key qualitative and quantitative research methods in HCI. Interactive discussions will address challenges in research design, data collection, and analysis, helping participants refine their methodological approaches.
Additionally, the workshop will offer individual face-to-face mentoring opportunities, allowing participants to receive tailored feedback on their ongoing research.
